Stevie J wants full custody of daughter Bonnie Bella as well as child support! That being said, the music producer is still at war with his ex Joseline Hernandez.
Stevie is apparently not happy at all that Joseline moved with another man to Miami and pretty much alienated their 2-year-old daughter from him.
Now, in new court documents that he filed, the music producer accuses the mother of his child of keeping the toddler away from him.
In other words, the Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta celeb is being accused of engaging in ‘parental alienation’ as well as part-time living with a ‘male companion.’
This development comes after, not even a year ago, the exes managed to reach a custody agreement that they were both happy with.
The deal was that while Joseline had primary custody, the parents had joint physical custody of Bonnie Bella but as it seems, Stevie has changed his mind.
The legal papers obtained by HollywoodLife show that Stevie accused Joseline of stopping him from seeing his child on purpose.
‘The respondent has engaged in acts of parental alienation, prohibiting the minor from visiting with the petitioner. Specifically, the petitioner has been prohibited from visiting the minor on the first, third, and fifth weekends each month as stipulated in the consent order.’
‘The respondent also denied visitation with the respondent on 5 separate occasions after the petitioner travelled to Miami, Florida to spend parenting time with the minor,’ the court documents state.
Back in April, it was Joseline who was slamming Stevie for not doing his daddy duties but now, the man is blaming his ex for the distance between him and their daughter.
He also wants primary custody now, as well as child support!
