This past weekend, Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson posted a pic of herself getting ready to enjoy a night out with her co-star Tamra Judge. And, as soon as she shared the photo, fans started commenting about Gunvalson’s appearance and asked if she had more plastic surgery.
Gunvalson went out with Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, and RHOC alum Meghan King Edmonds, and she wrote on Instagram that it “should be a fun night.” But, no one could focus on who Gunvalson was with, it was all about the OG of the OC’s appearance.
“Jesus Christ Vicki what did you do to your face,” one wrote, and another asked, “Vicki, why does your right cheek look so lumpy?”
In the past, Gunvalson has been open with fans about her plastic surgery, but she hasn’t mentioned any new work recently. However, at Andy Cohen’s baby shower last month – when a pic of Gunvalson was posted from the event – her nemesis Kelly Dodd accused Gunvalson of having a facelift malfunction.
It’s possible that fans will hear all about it during the upcoming RHOC season since Gunvalson managed to fight her way back into the cast. After weeks of rumors that Gunvalson had been demoted by Bravo to a “friend” of the show and could be possibly leaving for good, she managed to negotiate her way back to full-time status, says an insider.
“Vicki is excited to be filming RHOC right now,” the insider shares. “Despite reports and rumors she wasn’t coming back, she is filming right now and is returning to the show.”
The source says that Gunvalson and the rest of the cast are having fun, and she is on good terms with Judge and Shannon Beador. For years, Gunvalson had been at odds with both Beador and Judge, but they have managed to work things out. And, that was one of the reasons that Bravo wasn’t fully committed to having Gunvalson return for another season – she didn’t have an interesting storyline.
Gunvalson promised producers that she would get a proposal this season from her boyfriend, Steve Lodge. Which means an RHOC wedding should be in the near future. The Hollywood Gossip reports that Gunvalson’s feud with Dodd is as intense as ever, so fans will most likely get a chance to see that play out.
Fans should be aware, however, that Bravo has not yet confirmed Vicki Gunvalson’s full-time status. So, they will have to wait until Season 14 begins to find out for sure.
The ladies have begun filming the new season of RHOC, but Bravo has not yet announced a premiere date.
